Victor Regino is a Business Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he has spent the past eight years supporting small businesses in navigating the federal marketplace. He specializes in government contracting and certification programs, including 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and HUBZone.

In his role, Victor works closely with entrepreneurs to help them understand eligibility requirements, strengthen their competitive positioning, and access contracting opportunities. He is passionate about expanding access to federal resources and empowering small businesses to grow through strategic participation in government contracting.
