Silas Pinto
Dr. Pinto is the Deputy Chief People Officer for Equity, Inclusion & Talent for the City of Providence in Mayor Smiley’s administration, where he works across departments to further integrate principles of fairness and justice in the City’s practices, procedures, and policies. He is also the current Interim Director of the Department for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Talent and Interim Director of the Department of Talent Acquisition.
