Megan Labbe
Megan has been a dedicated member of the Business Services Team at the RI Department of State, where she began as a counter agent and document processor in December of 2022. Since then, Megan has sought to expand upon her creative and innovative talents in both her role as Customer Service Coordinator in 2024 and now as Business Information Center Program Manager. In her current position, Megan helps the Business Services Division create accessible and reliable educational resources for business owners and non-profit members across Rhode Island, including the recently upgraded RI Business Assistant Tool. Alongside the staff at the RI Secretary of State's West River Street Office, Megan strives to demystify the business landscape in Rhode Island by cutting through red tape and consolidating business registration and compliance requirements through continued efforts with Rhode Island's many State agencies.
