Kymara Mary-Owusu is an accomplished food industry professional and entrepreneur with a passion for quality, safety, and community health. With years of hands-on experience across multiple sectors of the food industry, she has developed deep expertise in food safety standards, nutrition education, and operational excellence.

Kymara’s career began in food service, where she honed her skills in kitchen management, customer relations, and compliance with health regulations. Her dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence led her to launch her own successful food business, where she combined her love of culinary arts with her knowledge of nutrition to serve fresh, flavorful, and wholesome meals.

As a business owner, Kymara managed every facet of operations—from menu development and supplier relationships to staff training and customer engagement—building a loyal customer base and a reputation for integrity and quality. Beyond business, she has used her expertise to advocate for healthier eating, share food safety best practices, and inspire others in the culinary field.
