Collin Bailey
Collin currently serves as Vice President of Global Procurement at Bally’s Corporation responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement efforts on a global scale. Collin is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Roger Williams University School of Law where he teaches Transactional Lawyering and Contract Drafting. He has expertise in transactional law, the business of technology, privacy issues, cybersecurity, global procurement, contract negotiation and strategy execution. Prior to Bally’s Corporation, Collin served as Chief Transformation Officer at Hudson’s Bay Company where he oversaw the enterprise transformation focused on taking three digital companies to IPO and the associated contracts, people and technology considerations involved. Prior to Hudson’s Bay Company, Collin was the Senior Director of Enterprise Procurement for CVS Health where he received a CEO Breakthrough Award for delivering hundreds of millions of dollars of savings. His board service includes City Year Rhode Island, West Elmwood Housing Development Corp, Economic Progress Institute, Roger Willimas University School of Law, Despierta CLT and Providence Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Collin is a graduate of Caldwell University and Roger Williams University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.
