As COO of The Academy for Advancing Excellence, she partners with global leaders to drive transformative success. Her diverse background spans Health & Human Services, Real Estate, and Leadership Development, enabling her to connect deeply and communicate effectively. Passionate about workplace equity, she empowers leaders to unlock their potential, driving growth and sustainable solutions. Aaliyah has led projects for AT&T, Intel, Cisco, and Amazon, and creates impactful content for organizational change. She values balance through activities like running, yoga, and cycling. She holds a BS in Community Health from Hofstra University and a DEI certificate from the University of South Florida.
